We send employees an email for each reimbursement and an SMS for significant reimbursements. They can consult the details of the reimbursements on their computer, their tablet and their smartphone, thanks to our application available on the App Store and Play Store.
Numerous functions are available online: subscription to the contract through the electronic signature of the membership form and the SEPA mandate, sending of membership documents using the smartphone camera, justification of their exemption from online membership .
Thanks to our version adapted to smartphones and to the Mon Espace Verspieren application available on the App Store and Play Store, your employees can easily download their third-party payment card and their guarantee and service booklet.
Mon Espace Verspieren allows employees to modify their login details, their personal and bank details whenever they wish. They can also make a request for hospital care which is automatically sent to the hospital concerned.
